Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Additionally featured in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
